Hi, I'm Chris !

Welcome to my landing page. I'm an anisong, anime, and manga fan, retired eventer, traveller, and movie aficionado. I'm also the MikiP sometimes known (平均的美希Ｐ).

Over the years, I’ve helped run websites, organize events, and like everybody else, I’ve also ran a podcast or two.

This site is a small archive of the public projects, community work, and fandom spaces I’ve been part of over the years.

Kisetsu-no-Uta

Status: Defunct

Started with friends around 2012, Kisetsu-no-Uta was the first fan page dedicated to Hiroyuki Sawano and his music, sharing updates, interviews with his frequent collaborators, news, and content with other fans.

KuroCon

Status: Hiatus

Started with friends during the pandemic in 2020, KuroCon was an online convention created to give the community a semblance of normal during lockdown by bringing fans together through virtual programming and community activities.

Anisong Talk

Status: Defunct

A podcast about anime music, featuring seasonal rankings and theme explorations.

Super Anisong War

Status: Hiatus

A podcast where my friend and I rank anime songs.

Community

Mongreal

Status: Hiatus

Occasional host for Mongreal events, bringing people together through anime, music, karaoke, and community hangouts.

Otakuthon Staff

Years: 2015 & 2016

Staff member for Otakuthon, supporting the local anime convention experience in Montreal.

Anime Montreal Discord

Status: Active

Moderator for the Anime Montreal Discord community, helping keep the space organized, welcoming, and active.
